I’ve never really understood the people who “don’t do breakfast.”  Breakfast is one of my favorite meals of the day, and it always has been ever since I was a little girl.  Chocolate chip pancakes, waffles with fresh Vermont maple syrup, stuffed French toast, cheesy eggs, bacon… oh man, the list goes on and on.  Fortunately, I’m as in love with powerful healthy breakfasts as I am with heart attack-inducing breakfasts, and have been getting down with a ton of smoothies and steel cut oats these days.
